Night Care Assistant – Full Time

Location: Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex
Pay: £168 per shift Monday - Thursday | £174 per shift Friday–Sunday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Full-Time Night Care Assistants to join a respected elderly care home supporting older adults in a homely environment.

Working nights, you'll play an essential role in providing reassurance, care and support to residents while maintaining their comfort and wellbeing.

Night Care Assistant Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and overnight support
• Conducting wellbeing and safety checks
• Responding promptly to residents' needs
• Supporting residents with mobility where required
• Maintaining accurate records and handovers
• Promoting dignity, privacy and independence

Shift Pattern

• 20:00 – 08:00

Night Care Assistant Salary & Benefits

✅ £168.00 per shift (Monday–Thursday)
✅ £174.00 per shift (Friday–Sunday)
